Shipping
We ship every order within 24 hours of purchase. Most orders are delivered within 1 to 2 business days after shipping, depending on your location.
Delivery is free on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather or high order volume, especially during peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once your package leaves our facility.
Shipping Restrictions
Whip cream bottles are subject to sale and shipping restrictions in certain US states. Before placing an order, please confirm that purchasing this product is legal in your state. See our Shipping Restrictions page for the current list of affected states. Orders that cannot be legally shipped to a given address will be cancelled and refunded.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused and returned in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging.
To start a return, contact us at admin@swhipcream.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Returns are not accepted after 7 days from the delivery date.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm it is in the same condition it was sent out in. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days after your return is received and approved.
If the returned product shows signs of use, damage or is missing original packaging, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non Returnable Situations
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Orders returned after the 7-day window
- Products that have been opened, used or damaged after delivery
- Orders cancelled due to shipping restrictions that were disclosed prior to purchase
